What we handle

Five desks, one point of contact.

Most companies end up with a different vendor for each of these. Running them from one desk is the difference between managing travel and chasing it.

  • Corporate travel

Domestic and international flights and hotels, booked inside your policy — cabin class, hotel caps and approval tiers enforced, exceptions flagged rather than buried.

  • Visa & documentation

Business visa applications and the paperwork each consulate wants, prepared and tracked so your traveller isn't the one deciphering the checklist.

  • Passport services

New applications, renewals, and the supporting documentation each one needs — handled as a desk service so it never becomes an employee's afternoon off.

  • Group & crew movement

Project teams to sites, crew rotation, workforce mobilisation. Bulk movement where the headcount changes late and the dates rarely hold.

  • Corporate ground transport

Contracted cabs, airport transfers and city runs on account — the leg of the trip that gets forgotten until someone lands at midnight.

  • Something not on this list?

Travel programmes rarely fit a menu. If it involves getting your people somewhere, start with a call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right desk for it.

Who we serve

Four sectors, four very different travel patterns.

A pharma field force and a plant commissioning team both "need flights". Almost nothing else about the two is alike.

  • 01 / Manufacturing & engineering

    Plants, projects and contractors

Vendor and plant visits, contractor movement, and site rotation where the crew list firms up days before departure.

  • 02 / Pharma & healthcare

    Field force and conferences

High-frequency field travel on tight per-diems, conference attendance booked in blocks, and regulatory site visits that cannot slip.

  • 03 / IT & software services

    Client sites and rotations

Client-site travel, offshore rotation, and frequent flyers whose plans change after ticketing more often than not.

  • 04 / Education & institutions

    Faculty, delegations and groups

Faculty travel against grant budgets, institutional delegations abroad, and student group movement with its own documentation load.

How it works

Three steps, and no rate card in sight.

We price against your actual routes, volumes and lead times. A published rate would be a guess, and it would be wrong in your favour about as often as not.

  1. 01 / Brief

    Tell us the requirement

A single trip, a recurring monthly pattern, or an entire travel programme. Use the form or call — either reaches a person who can act on it.

  2. 02 / Options

We build and price the options

Routings, hotels and costs put together against your itinerary, your policy and your volumes — with the trade-offs stated, not hidden.

  3. 03 / Departure

    You approve, we run it

We book, we hold the documentation, and we handle the changes when plans move — including the ones that happen outside office hours.

Why PentaGlobe

What actually changes when you hand this over.

  • You get a person, not a queue

One point of contact who knows your policy, your cost centres and which of your travellers always needs the aisle seat.

  • Bookings sit inside your policy

Cabin class, hotel ceilings and approval tiers are ours to enforce. When something has to breach the policy, you hear about it before it's booked.

  • One invoice a month

Consolidated monthly billing instead of a receipt per trip arriving in finance's inbox for the next three weeks.

  • Reachable when plans break

A cancelled flight at eleven at night is the moment a travel desk either earns its fee or doesn't. You can reach us for the changes that can't wait for morning.

Questions

Before you call.

If your question isn't here, it's a good reason to get in touch.

Why aren't there any prices on this site?

Because any number we published would be wrong for you. Corporate travel prices on your routes, your volumes, your booking lead time and the policy we're booking inside. We'd rather quote against your real itinerary than advertise a figure that only applies to somebody else.

We're a small team. Is there a minimum?

No minimum. We work with companies moving a handful of people a month and with ones moving them by the hundred. The service changes shape with the volume; the single point of contact doesn't.

Do you handle international travel?

Yes — flights and hotels worldwide, plus the visa and passport work that goes with them. Our offices and our ground transport network are in India, which is where the pan-India coverage applies.

Can you work inside our existing travel policy?

That's the normal arrangement, not an exception. Send us the policy and we book to it. If you don't have one written down yet, we've seen enough of them to help you draft something workable.

What happens after I submit the form?

It reaches us by email and one of us calls you back on the number you give, at roughly the time of day you pick. If it's urgent, call +91 77570 00889 directly — that's always faster than a form.

Where are you based?

Pune, and we've been running since 2017. Ground arrangements are handled across India; the travel we book from here goes worldwide.

Tell us the trip. We'll call you.

Four required fields. Enough for us to come back with something useful rather than a request for more information.

We use what you send here to call you back about this enquiry. Nothing else.
